I am looking for the possibility of liposuction around the knee and upper leg area. I am in good shape but have a genetic feature of fat deposits around the knee and upper part of my leg. Also looking possible liposuction on the back part of my arms. I’m around 5’6” and weigh 130 pounds. I work out regularly. These areas of fat deposits are definitely genetic. Thanks!

lipsuction or liposculpture was designed for removal of fatty deposits unresponsive to diet and exercise. The areas you describe are some of the favorite areas I treat. They generally are very responsive to liposuction treatment. See a board certified plastic surgeon in consultation. Good luck...

It is best to answer your question during a face-to-face evaluation, when you can discuss your goals and expectations for the procedure, and you can have a physical examination to evaluate for that procedure. You seem to be an ideal candidate for liposuction, with localized fat deposits. From your description it appears ,you should not have loose skin either. Please find a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon near you and discuss the procedure and techniques used at length. You should get excellent results. All the best
