Dear Anitasha,

Ideal correction involves several components. If you are not comfortable with implants you will not be addressing all components. Implants help fill the breast particularly in the upper pole.

Partial correction is possible without implants in one procedure and you can decide to proceed with the breast implants at a later time as an additional surgery in the future to improve the shape and upper pole projection. In that first surgery The nipple areola can be reduced in size and lifted in position to be close to the same level at the most projecting portion of the breast. The breast size can be made similar by reducing the volume of one to the same size as the other.

your surgery in 2 stages is very safe. Doing the lift first will allow you to see the improvement that you get with that portion of the procedure without the augmentation.

Fat grafting can be considered but will not give you the volume that an implant would, nor the same amount of shape improvement.

Thank you for sharing your question and photograph. Typically the implant is required to help stent and reshape the breast away from its constricted nature. It also provides increased fullness and upper breast volume. Hope this helps.

Hello Anitasha.

The right surgical plan to correct Tubular Breasts demands for the placement of implants. Implants will allow your breast to take a normal shape.

I recommend silicone cohesive gel high profile (Gummy Bears) under both of the pectoral muscles of each breast. Nowadays implants are permanent, there is no need to change them over time. This placement will give you a natural look and avoid migration or displacement of the implants.

Below, one of my cases before and after.
