I had Lipo/renuvion October 2020 on my neck and jowls, my neck still has sagging and he extracted fat from my lower cheek on my left side. Should I just get mini neck lift for the excess skin.

WIthout photographs or an in-person examination it is difficult to comment on the best treatment options and I would recommend visiting with a series of board certified plastic surgeons in your area for best advice.
In my practice I find addressing the fat only rarely solves the patients’ needs for just this reason. Typically I will perform a mini-Necklift or full Necklift depending on the extent of the loose skin.
I would recommend that you get evaluated by a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss your concerns.
What you have proven is that fat removal alone is not enough to resolve your neck concerns. Moving forward with a neck lifting procedure would be the logical and most effective approach to resolving your neck sagging concerns.
