The answer to this question could only be answered by the specific surgeon that you consult with. Most surgeons, though use independent companies to finance procedures. You could contact one of those finance companies, get approved for the procedure or procedures that you are thinking of having and then get a referral to a surgeon that accepted their particular plan.
For instance CareCredit is one such company. They have been around for a long time. Most surgeons, I believe participate with them. You could contact CarCredit, get pre-approved for the procedure and then get a referral for a plastic surgeon in your area.
