I was wondering what procedures a facial plastic surgeon would recommend for my face?

I am a 33 year old male. I weigh 220 pounds and stand 5 feet 7 inches tall. I was wondering what procedures a facial plastic surgeon would recommend for my face? My main complaint is my eye area and chin and neck area. I was thinking about a surgery or surgeries for my eyes. I was also thinking about chin or cheek implants?

Thank you!

Procedure: Cosmetic Surgery

The answer really depends on what you are looking for. The first question a plastic surgeon would ask is what is it about your face that you do not like. For instance, at your age aging is not the primary problem. Some patients do not like the projection of their chin; others do not like the contour of their neck and still others might not like the appearance of their brow.

So, I would suggest that you find a board certified plastic surgeon in your area and describe to them what you are looking for. That surgeon can then describe a procedure or procedures that can best meet your needs.

It would take some more indepth analysis of your pictures from different angles to provide a more informed answer. But since you have mentioned your chin/neck area it is very likely that some form of chin augmentation (implant vs sliding genioplasty) and neck contouring (liposuction vs submentoplasty) would be of good benefit...which is usually the case in men with fuller necks) In regards to the eyes you did not specifically mention what about them you do not like but I would suspect it is the hollowing with excessive scleral show. This is going to require some form of infraorbital rim augmentation and lower eyelid lengthening/repositioning to improve the lack of support and lower eyelid rounding that you have.
