Is this procede is cover for health insurance went the individual suffer for urinary stress incontinence?
In our practice we offer FemTouch, a form of nonsurgical vaginal rejuvenation. We have not considered billing through insurance but it seems very reasonable that it could. I would recommend reaching out to your individual carrier and starting there. If it is a covered procedure under your plan, you could further inquire about local providers.
Hello and thank you for your question. In our practice, we offer RejuVanate, a form of nonsurgical vaginal rejuvenation that uses fractionated CO2 laser and is very effective. We have not billed insurance. I am not aware of any insurance companies that cover this recent technology but reaching out to your insurance company is a smart first step.
Hope this helps!
Dear Regina,
While many patients report that their urinary incontinence is improved after vaginal rejuvenation, I do not know of any insurance plans that cover the procedure yet. One option is to contact your insurance directly, to see if they will pay for it (and under what conditions).
Good luck!
