Is it possible to correct my breasts without implants.
i dont mind if theyre smaller
Anita, you said the magic words "I dont mind if they are smaller". You can have a mastopexy without implants. your areola and be made smaller. They are to large. Your breast can be lifted . There will be scars, but not terrible. They sag too much. The nipples should be up near the level of the fold under your breasts. They can be made much more even. Go see an American Board of Plastic Surgery certified surgeon. There are several in Orange County. Good luck.

Yes. You happen to have constriction along with significant ptosis (droop). A breast lift (mastopexy) would correct both of these as well as diminish the size of the areola. Also, using the latest techniques, the amount of tissue removed would be slight, so while your cup size may change your breasts will only diminish by ~20 grams.
Your best option is to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. They are typically the people best suited for that particular surgery.
Yes, there is the operation called breast reduction and also mastopexy which can make your breasts sizes smaller and also the areolars. However it will leave visible scars. And there are several types of operations that you can make your choice.
Yes, it is possible for women like you with tuberous breasts, "constricted breasts" to be improved. Although an in-office examination is required it appears that a breast lift, areolar reduction, and fat transfer would significantly improve your appearance. Please make sure the Plastic Surgeon you choose is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and that he/she has great reviews and is experienced in tuberous breast correction. My office is in Orange County for example and sees many patients with similar concerns.
