I am a M to F transgender. I am looking at getting the correct size of breast implant. I am a natural AA cup size. I would like to be an A cup size. Can you give me a ballpark figure of what size of a medium silicone implant will provide me with that size?

In my office we employ a System of measurements. Patients obviously discuss their desires, but then they return to the office to try on the implants. I find that this assures the patient a better visualization and therefore a lower risk of getting the wrong implant size.

I believe your question deserves as many professional responses as possible so that you can judge for yourself , the final implant size. Consider there are also factors of implant shape re: high profile, tear drop, round, etc. You have been given great advice about seeing a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. To add to that, that surgeon should be very experienced in breast augmentation in flat chested individuals. You are not asking for too much as far as size is concerned.
