I have a breast explant scheduled and at the same time, am planning to have an upper and lower blepharoplasty and a fat transfer to face. The surgeon says it should not be a problem for me to have these procedures combined at the same time, but I would like another opinion. I am 60 years old and in good health. First, consider getting surgical clearance from your primary care physician or cardiologist. Yes, palstic surgeons that are members of the ASPS combine these procedures in healthy patients. Best,

Yes it can be done in the same day if they are all with local anesthesia.
