Belly still looks like this 9 years postpartum

I gave birth 9 years ago and I don’t plan on having any more children. I exercised everyday but still my stomach looks like this. Should I just get a tummy tuck? Also my belly button really makes me insecure.

Procedure: Tummy Tuck
Location: Lithonia, GA

Pretty normal appearance for someone seeking out a Cosmetic Tummy Tuck. Consider an ASPS member in your area. They are experts in Body Contouring. Best,

Exercise will strengthen the muscles but can do nothing for skin that has been stretched out beyond the elasticity of the skin. It's like the spring in a ball point pen-stretch it out to far and it doesn't go back. An abdoinoplasty aka "tummy tuck" will help.

Yes you might consider liposuction combined with abdominoplasty.

Thank you for sharing your question and photograph. Based on the appearance of loose skin and stretch marks your best treatment option is a cosmetic tummy tuck. Unfortunately further diet and exercise will lead to increased skin sagging and wrinkling but will allow for superior surgical results at a lower overall risk rate.

el mejor tratamiento es la cirugia (abdominoplastia) se retira toda la piel que esta entre el ombligo y el vello del pubis su abdomen quedara plano se puede complementar con una liposuccion en la parte de la espalda

Yes, you are a candidate for a tummy tuck. With this procedure you will get repair of the separated abdominal muscles, a new belly button, and removal of the excess skin of the lower abdomen. Please take a look at my work if you are considering this operation. Good luck!
