I have little spots of excess skin from having ingrown hair bumps in the past. They are like a little empty sack of skin. Is there any type of surgery or surgeon who would remove these for me? I would much rather have a flat scar than a lumpy sack. Thank you!

I am not sure where that excess skin is.
However excess skin needs in-person examination and very sure it can be repaired . It could be a minor surgery under local anesthesia or sedation to remove and or to get to normal appearance and function. Vaginal rejuvenation is an art and science. An examination is needed to understand your desired look and result
