Do I need Gynocamastia surgery

I recently had tickle lipo aka Custom Acoustic Liposuction on my chest to reduce the glands under both my nipples. I voiced my concerns that liposuction may not be able to rmove gladular tissue like a direct excision would but was told that this tickle lipo method is cheaper and can remove denser/gland tissues. Its been 3 months now and i am still very swollen. Can I expect to be disappointed?

Procedure: Liposuction
Location: Peoria, AZ

It is certainly possible that you have residual tissue that was not removed by liposuction alone. You should be examined in-person. If you are uncomfortable with your original surgeon, seek a second opinion from a board certified plastic surgeon.

Yes, only Vaser liposuction can remove the dense fibrose glndular tissue.

Yes, liposuction doesn't take out breast tissue, unfortunately, so more likely you have still some tissue left over that needs to be taken out for a better result. At this time there are also minimal incision techniques for breast tissue removal, check my arthicle The round-the-clock technique for correction of gynecomastia

You will not see the full results of your liposuction gynecomastia reduction for six to twelve months post-operatively, so be patient. If you still have residual fullness after that time, discuss it with your original surgeon. Occasionally, direct tissue re-excision may be required.

First of all, did you see an American Board of Plastic Surgery certified physician? You need to be examined in person by someone with this credential.

In most patients with gynecomastia, direct excision of the glandular tissue will be needed in addition to liposuction
