I had a breast augmentations surgery 5 months ago but I can still feel the stitches on the surface of my skin . Is that really normal?

It is unusual to still feel stitches on the skin after so long. They may be dissolvable sutures, which never dissolved. Check in with your plastic surgeon for an exam. If there are dissolvable sutures on the surface, they can trim them away for you.
