The general recommendation is to wait 6 months, but you should consult with your plastic surgeon to try to understand why the healing problem developed in the first place and what can be done to avoid issues in the future. Good luck.

Infection can occur with any type of surgery. In case of implants if infection occurs then the implants are removed and patient is treated for a certain period of time depending on the type of bacteria. It is generally recommended to wait at least six month maybe a year before reimplantation. Your surgeon would be able to give you better idea when it is safe to do the re-implant.

Probably a minimum of 3 months but most surgeons would wait 6 months and some even a whole year. Discuss it with your surgeon that knows best about your particular case

The timing will depend on you and your surgeon. At a minimum a 3 month waiting period to allow the inflammation to resolve and longer if the tissue needs time to soften for you to have the best result. I recommend you have a clear conversation with your surgeon about what criteria are required to be met before you can attempt to replace the implants.

tough deal, but it happens sometimes regardless of best practics being used. three month minimum, six is better. the skin doesnt stretch out well around the implant when there is still inflammation present.

Of course you just have to wait the infection all subside and then you can consider the new procedure.
