It could be very easy or it could be very complicated depending on what you look like at this time. Usually larger implants do not look better or natural. You may have stretched more since the original surgery, you may have developed some ptosis, you may have a capsular contracture. all these things make a difference. You need a consultation by an American Board of Plastic Surgery certified physician close to where you are located.

Of course the second operation is much difficult and the risk is also much bigger.

Going up a size is not a technical problem but much depends on the level of contracture and need for other associated procedures like capsulectomy, need for lift and altering shape. Usually lift and increase in volume are technically opposing procedures. Simply changing the size will require less operative and recovery time.

In general, exchange of breast implants is an easier operation, and a much easier recovery. But you are also ten years older. Is implant exchange all you need? Consult your plastic surgeon, and discuss options after a careful exam.
