I need to ask about a facelift?

Can I get a facelift and jowl lift at the same time? Can a brow lift be included? Can a cheek lift be added?

Procedure: Facelift
Location: Coachella, CA

Facelift is a bit of a misnomer since the majority are face and neck lifts, which include treatment of the jowls and cheeks. Historically these were done with full open browlifts but are now more often done without brow surgery or with lateral browlifts and corrugator muscle removal via endoscopic or upper eyelid incisions. For optimal results the contours are adjusted as lifting alone tends to flatten the facial contours. Specific recommendations cannot be given in the absence of photos or a face-to-face examination.

From your question it appears you need treatment for whole face and neck as well. Perhaps addition of fat injection will give a better result. I would break up your operation in two stages. One for upper and mid face (in your term - cheek lift) and one for lower third of face and neck. Fat fill (both micro and nano) would be done as per necessity in both stages. If you are on blood thinners, homeopathic or indigenous medicines, they have to be stopped prior to operation, feasibilty and duration of which will be decided by the prescriber. There are some lesser procedures like surgical net which may help a one stage procedure but results will not be as good as surgical procedures.

A typical facelift procedure includes the face, jowl, cheek, and lateral brow. But a facelift does not describe a single operation, but a large variety of similar operations. Consult your local plastic surgeon and discuss your options in person.
