Chin

Hello.

I have an indent in my chin & though it doesn't 'bother' me am looking to know how it can be smoothed. My first thought is to take skin from somewhere & fill the space. I do not do fillers/ injections due to a consistent bad reaction to anything like this- vaccines, red dye, antibiotics > throat & tongue swelling, convulsions. Am 'holistic' as a result. My own skin is a safe option

Procedure: Chin Surgery

Fat grafting will improve.

Autologous fat grafting will not cause any allergy. You may require two to three sessions depending upon the absorption rate. A buried dermis flap as you suggested along with fat grafting would be even better and one stage procedure provided you accept a scar.
