I had a full tummy tuck approx. 12 years ago and have very unsightly scars and indentations @ my vertical scar plus scar tissue. Ill need another corrective surgery. Is the cost goubg to be different? I also want my saline implants removed and silicone added with a lift. Approx. Cost ?

Yes, technology has improved & costs for medical services have increased over the past decade. Consider trying to get copies of your old operative reports to assist your surgeon in determining what your previous contractor has done. Yes, many patients have Mommy MakeOvers. It does slightly reduce overall costs. In our area one the SE USA you are looking at a cost over $10K. Consider seeking out an ASPS member in your area to get specifics regarding your concerns. Best,

It is very difficult to quote a fee without seeing you in person. The extent of the work will determine the likely cost of the procedure. It is very common to perform a breast implant revision along with an abdominoplasty . Best of luck.
Hi Charity! I am so saddened to hear you had to suffer for 12 years with this. This never ever should have happened. I have shown a properly performed Brazilian Butt Lift makes tummy tucks unnecessary except in extreme cases such as the massive weight loss patient. In addition to getting a flat tummy, you also lose your bra rolls and fat in upper and lower backs and better projection of hips and buttocks. A result so beautiful from any angle making you the envy of every one at the beach. At the Christine Jorgensen Center for Plastic Surgery in Miami we charge $4,500, less than doctors who insist on doing tummy tucks charge for a tummy tuck. I see so many patients like your self I sometimes wonder whether advocating for tummy tucks is a form of misogyny. Keep an open mind and get no more big scars, minor indentations can occur with BBLs but are easily treatable.
Thank you for sharing your question and series of photographs and I am sorry that your results have not been what you anticipated. It is difficult without an in-person examination to determine cost for any procedure as much will depend on the amount of work that will be entailed and the style of lift/implants you select. I would see a series of ASPS board certified plastic surgeons in consultation to discuss what best works to achieve your goals.
