I am do for a mommy makeover (tummy tuck and breast augmentation) would it be ok to still have that done when my psoriasis flared up all over body.
Guttate psoriasis flare up is caused MOST COMMONLY by bacterial infection (quick search).
Advice to see a dermatologist. NO elective surgery while the flare up of guttate psoriasis.
Discuss with dermatologist and Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.
It would be best to wait until your flare up is controlled. I would discuss with your dermatologist on getting the flare up controlled as well as medications to minimize a flare up in preparation for your surgery
