Symmastia after breast lift with augmentation

I had breast lift and augmentation a year ago and revision 5 months ago. Silicon implants 240 CC. These surgeries left me with very disappointing results. I am wondering if I can have my implants removed with a lift as I am terrified of another revision. There are many issues with my breasts, symmastia, uneven size so I am researching my options. Attached are images of me before and after both.

The are certainly issues with your breasts as you described. You should consult with a plastic surgeon in whom you trust to discuss your options. Removal with a lift would be one of those.

You Need an inperson consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Take all your medical records along with Photographs of bot surgeries.

May need a sonogram and or an MRI. Then all options discussed with you. You have many options, but need to make sure there is no significant pathology to deal with., so that your condition is dealt with on an individual case. You need at least two hours of consultation otherwise find somebody else who deals with the you as a family.

Looks like the revision helped. You were already large enough for the implant size you had inserted and this can cause problems. The overall result is not bad for what you had done. Removing the implants with a re-do mastopexy may be an alternative. You need an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon near where you live. It should not toke long to discuss alternatives and expectations.
