What would be needed?

I've had 3 kids, vaginally, and I'm very active in the gym. I've done bikini competitions before but I can NEVER lose my stomach. I was a defined waist and to not look pregnant anymore. I don't feel I have ab separation but then again I don't really know 10000%

Tummy tuck? Mini TT? Any guidance. I can't seem to find many Dr's that do a TT WITH lipo in a way that you don't get that boxy look

Procedure: Tummy Tuck
Location: Brighton, IL

Yes, there are different types of TT's and patients that consider TT's. You appear to be one of the most common that we see. The Cosmetic or Aesthetic TT. Consider looking for a ASPS member in your area the primarly focuses in on LipoAbdominoplasty's in athletes. "Women are Hourglasses & Men are IceCream Cones."

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. It appears that you are having difficulty with both skin and muscle laxity which will require an excision procedure - either a mini or full tummy tuck. Seek out in-person consultations for the best advice.

I dont think you need a tummy tuck. You will do well with some aggressive lipo. Save yourself the scars

You do have some diastasis and a little loose skin which is to be expected after pregnancies. You could have a mini abdominoplasty or abdominoplasty either of them with or without liposuction or liposuction alone. All have pros and cons. I don't know where you are looking but you should be able to discuss these things with any board certified ABPS surgeon close to you and any of these that you see surely can perform these operations.
