Help with loose skin around eyes

My biggest problem is loose skin under and around my eyes leading to crows feet and bags. Hydration doesnt seem to fix much. Is there a topical or surgical solution that is guaranteed results?

There is no such thing as a guarantee. However, if you have loose skin in your lower eyelid a lower eyelid blepharoplasty maybe the solution. Sometimes laser procedures can help as well. You would have to be seen in person to provide a definitive course of treatment. Best of luck.

You would definitely benefit from a bilateral lower blepharoplasty. Your crow's feet would respond to a Nueromodulator injectable like Botox or Xeomin. Good luck...

Unfortunately there is no cram with a guarntee of results. However, there are many good products and Botox can be very effective at improving fine lines. If that is not enough then fillers or a blepharoplasty may be helpful. We would be happy to help with this. Best of luck! Dr Boschert.

Thank you for sharing your question. Most topical solutions do not achieve the desired outcome and patients with loose skin are often best treated with a surgical blepharoplasty for the best results. See an ASPS board certified plastic surgeon in consultation to discuss your options.

Dear Janice,

Hello and thank you for your excellent question. Based on your description, there may be a number of surgical and non-surgical options to improve the appearance around your eyes. It is best to answer your question during a face-to-face evaluation, when you can discuss your goals and expectations for the procedure, and you can have a physical examination to evaluate for that procedure. I recommend that you find a board-certified, or board-eligible plastic surgeon with whom you are comfortable. Be sure to have all of your questions answered during a face-to-face meeting with your surgeon, and review before and after pictures of similar patients whom have had this procedure. If you have any questions, call our office for assistance. Good luck!
