BBL after Tummytuck and C sections

Hello, I was wondering if it is safe to have a bbl 11 months after a tummy tuck. I also had 2 babies back to back C- section.

Baby 1 2010 c- section

Baby 2 2019 c-section

Baby 3 2021 c -section

11 months later mommy make over with removal of breast implant.

Now I’m considering a BBl for shape. I was thinking of doing it at the end of the year which would be 11 months later. Is this safe

Procedure: Liposuction
Location: Temecula, CA

Yes it can be done and quite common actually. Depending on where your excess fat is, what is usually done in a case like this is a 360 degree circumferental trunk liposuction with fat transfer to the buttocks. Since you already have had a tummy tuck and if any liposuction was already done during your mommy makeover, you may or may not have and adequate amount of fat left to transfer. Please meet with a board certified plastic surgeon who will do a physical examination to determine the right operation to achieve your goals.

This BBL stuff is only an injection of fat into the buttocks. To have this you must be a good candidate and you need to have the fat removed from somewhere else in your body. We do not know if you had liposuction or not during your abdominoplasty and you may or not have enough fat left for this. Many times abdominoplasty, liposuction and buttock fat transfers are done at the same time. It used to be a dangerous thing when the fat was injected into the muscles but injecting into the subcutaneous spaces should not be and this is the way it is done now. I don't see anything wrong with doing it 11 months after your surgery if you are a good candidate. You should ask these questions to the surgeon that did your abdominoplasty.
