No! I would answer the same way, with emphasis, even if you were a trained, experienced plastic surgeon. Attempting to perform such surgery on yourself is beyond foolhardy; it is flat out dangerous. This is wrong on so many levels, I find it hard to know where to begin. The first step is to see a physician to determine whether there is a problem with the implants that could be causing your pain. The time frame is very early for such a problem. Breast pain can come from sources other than breast implants. The same can be said for depression. What if you remove these and feel no better? If it comes to removal, is it enough to remove the implants alone or does the scar around them need to come out? These are all things that need to be determined by your plastic surgeon and you. Most good plastic surgeons will work with you to make this as affordable as possible. There are financing options and you may even find someone who will do this as a charitable act. Make an appointment now.

I m sorry to hear that you are unhappy. Please do not do this and I agree with my other colleagues, cannot emphasize the dangers of this enough. One must have proper surgical training and the proper surgical facilities to safely do this.

I implore you to see a board certified plastic surgeon to for an evaluation.

No, they can not be removed at home. I think that you need professional guidance and care.
