Hello. I have always had this protruding mole on my nose, its larger now I'm close to 50. I wonder what do you think is the best procedure to remove this considering its location?

Surgical Excision is your best option. There is no way to avoid a scar. However, going to a board certified plastic surgeon will help minimize the appearance of the scar. With scarring this may be something that you will notice but once healed, an unsuspecting person may not notice any scarring.
