A flat stomach has to do with muscles, skin, and fat. Without a physical examination and thorough history, it is not possible to offer advice. Can we have more information?
Dear Jesse95,
Hello and thank you for your excellent question. There are many factors that contribute to a "flat stomach", including skin, muscle, subcutaneous fat, and the fat around your organs. It is essential that you have an in-person consultation to develop a treatment plan that specifically addresses your personal surgical goals, and your body’s anatomy. I recommend that you find a board-certified, or board-eligible plastic surgeon with whom you are comfortable. Be sure to have all of your questions answered during a face-to-face meeting with your surgeon, and review before and after pictures of similar patients whom have had this procedure. If you have any questions, call our office for assistance. Good luck!
You made the first step by reaching out to ASPS. Your next step is to seek out a face-to-face consultation with a ASPS member in your area.
There are many options to chose from based on the evaluation of your actual condition. However, I do not think that you would need a tummy tuck given your age.

In order to properly evaluate you, you would have to be seen in person. Many things can contribute to a depression or a bulge in the lower abdomen. The only way to properly diagnose this is to perform an exam in person. Good luck
Hi- thank you for your question. The good news is that there are many techniques at our disposal to help you achieve a flat abdomen. Seek out an ASPS member-surgeon in your area for an evaluation to ascertain the best procedure for your situation.
Thanks for the question. Without all of facts it is very difficult to suggest a treatment for you. We need information such as your height, weight, childbearing status (have you had any kids), any history of large weight fluctuations, and photos. You may be a candidate for just noninvasive body contouring such as UltraShape or CoolSculpt, or you may be a candidate for liposuction versus mini tummy tuck versus full tummy tuck depending on your physical exam. As you can see, there is quite a spectrum of treatments that we can offer to help correct your issue. Best wishes!
It is difficult to give you advice without photos or more detailed description. It sounds like you may benefit from liposuction with or without BodyTite.
Thanks for the question. It's hard to suggest the best option for you without knowing all the details. I would need to know if you if you've already had kids, if so are you planning on having more. Liposuction might be a better option for you. Please call the office to set up a consultation.

As you might imagine, it’s difficult to give you advice without either seeing your photograph and or examining you in person. That said, you may be a candidate for a non-invasive treatment such as CoolSculpting.
