58 yo male, lean body type and healthy lifestyle. Issue is double chin. I imagine it’s primarily due to heredity (dad has pronounced one) and age (gravity, of course). Have tried ulthera and opus – no results. Last Dr. said doing liposuction wouldn’t help as most of it is not fat. Any recommendations, not involving surgery?
Thanks!
hey1,all,
Thanks for the photo's. Unfortuately, surgery most likely will be the solution to your concern. Yes, you appear to be a classic male Neck/ Face lift. The issue is not just your skin but the deep cervical structures. An examination would be required to make a definitive plan. Cardiac Clerance for such a surgical procedure would most likely be required at your age. Consider someone in your area that is an ASPS member familar with these procedures.

Recommendation is to leave alone if you do not want surgery as nothing else is going to help. The doctor was correct in not recommending liposuction.
No! Only surgery such as liposuction or threads lift might help!
