I've been contemplating breast reduction for awhile now because my breasts are causing me so much back and shoulder pain. Everything hurts and is sore for days after any exercise. Its uncomfortable to even do it. I'm 5'2" and currently wear a 40H. I just got into that size and the bras are already starting to get too small. It's like they wont stop growing. Please help. I'm at my wits end.

Its important to know your age, and your height also, besides your weight. There is a condition named "severe Mammary Hyperthrophy", related to hormonal factors and associated with age. This may be the case, will require a more extent treatment from your Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon. Please check this website for a good one in your area.

It sounds like you are an excellent candidate for a breast reduction. This I do as an outpatient and usually the patient feels relief right after the surgery. The recovery is about two weeks and many times the insurance company will help with it.

It is best to answer your question during a face-to-face evaluation, when you can discuss your goals and expectations for the procedure, and you can have a physical examination to evaluate for that procedure. I recommend that you find a board-certified, or board-eligible plastic surgeon with whom you are comfortable.
