Hi, Miesha,

Liposculpture nowadays is considered a high-risk operation, especially if a fat transfer to buttocks it is planned and executed, which is usual in MMO´s. Your summary of your personal case is not complete until you tell us: height, weight, age; are you smoker?, drinks?; use oral contraceptives or another hormonal meds? occurrence of some chronic deseases, such varicose veins or coagluation problems, yours or in your family.? So, please, contact a Certified Plastic Surgeon in your area, looking in this very same website. He or she will answer propperly your question.

You would have to be seen in person to determine what would be appropriate for you.

After 5 pregnancies and 4 Cesarean sections you likely will benefit from a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) which will realign your muscles, remove the excess skin and can be combined with liposuction. Your height, weight and medical history are important to stratify your risk. See a board certified plastic surgeon for more detail. Preventing blood clots in the legs is important and can be limited by being at a healthy weight, no smoking , good pain control and limiting the surgical time to abdominoplasty only.

Hey Miesha as previously mentioned it is difficult to determine the risk of surgery with as little information as you provide. Your height, body habitus, varicose veins, use of oral contraceptive, smoking and family history is important. It's best to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.
