Sad belly button and indent

So my frowning belly button isn't rare I've seen this over and over. But i also have an area below it that looks like i was poked and it left a wrinkled indent. How is this fixed? Is it all one procedure? It would be nice if I could attach a photo. Being seen to show it is so embarrassing. I'm also afraid to know the cost.

Procedure: Tummy Tuck
Location: Gibbsboro, NJ

A belly button that “frowns”. May be due to loose skin. Yes, it would be nice to see a photo, but better still it would be best to be seen in person.

A frowning belly button with skin irregularities below it, something you do not want to live with. I believe that a carefully planned abdominoplasty that addresses your belly button would definitely improve your frown to a tiny smile. I have created many heart shaped small belly buttons that can be done again. See a board certified ASAPS plastic surgeon in consultation. A limited neoumbilicoplasty is possible. Good luck...

If ypur belly button “frowns” that usually means you have excess skin above the belly button. It’s the overhang that make the frown. Contour irregularities in the lower abdomen...too much skin and sometimes fatty excess. Please consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon to learn your options. Tummy tucks aren’t cheap, but they can make a tremendous improvement in abdominal shape.

This is easy to treat. Please, just say “NO” loud and clear to tummy tucks. At best you will look good from the front only and likely left with very long scar and dog ears. Instead have a 360 Lipo done and not only “snatch” your waist but get beautiful circumferential feminine look from every angle not just from the front. Properly done 360 Lipo eliminates fat entire abdomen and the little extra skin redrapes like magic. We also Lipo flanks upper and lower back including wings and bra rolls. You will be very, very happy you did so...I promise❤️

Unfortunately without a series of photographs it is difficult to offer definite advice. Most likely excess skin was left behind that a revision procedure, isolated either to the belly button, or to the stomach, would be needed. See an ASPS plastic surgeon in consultation to discuss.

What you are describing is most likely due to loose skin wither from previous pregnancies, weight loss or aging. The beet treatment traditionally is a tummy tuck procedure but that assessment should be done in person.

It sounds like a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) would address both issues. It also sounds like it bothers you a lot. Check into Care Credit for help with financing; it changes women's' lives!
