Grams remover from 32 ddd

Hi I am 5”5 140lbs with 32 ddd breasts, possibly one cup size bigger. I have scoliosis as well and with these two factors I suffer from back pain and headaches daily. However to have the surgery covered by my insurance 300grams needs to be removed from each breast. Do I have enough to do this?

Procedure: Breast Reduction
Location: gilbert, AZ

Would have to see pictures and examine for this. It also matters what size you would want to be .

At 5'5" and 140 lbs. your bsa is 1.71 and Blue Cross will require the removal of 370 grams from each side and AETNA will require 560 grams from each side. These are reasonable terms and I doubt that the removal of 300 grams would have any effect in headaches. Anything less than these weights are considered a mastopexy and cosmetic in nature. You need a consultation with an ABPS certified physician to determine what they can remove and what you can expect.

Likely yes, but you will need to see a plastic surgeon for evaluation. Your surgeon will take photos and measurements and discuss with you how much can be removed to achieve your desired cup size. Either way you will have to see a plastic surgeon prior to submission to insurance, so I would recommend starting there to save you time/worrying. Good luck!
