I have been reading up on thread lifts, but the several plastic surgeons whom I contacted when direct from your website do not do this procedure.
How do I find a practitioner who is highly experienced in it?
Many plastic surgeons do not offer this procedure because it is fraught with complications and the results are not that good.

I have seen many patients that had this done and had complications and results that were not good or did not last at all. They spent a lot of money for this that did not work. This is the reason we do not perform this procedure.
Do not believe everything you read about this procedure. There are reasons that you cannot find a reputable plastic surgeon doing this procedure. A number of years ago it was "all the rage." I did a version of it that had more purchase on the tissue and, theoretically, should have been better for a while but gave it up as problematic and not providing the desired results. Now about the only people that do this procedure are non surgeons who cannot provide other better alternatives.
