Closed Rhinoplasty

Hi- I am beginning my search for finding a plastic surgeon that specializes in rhinoplasty and the different types of procedures. I want the bridge of my nose to be smaller/more narrow and definitely a reduction to the tip (it is very bulbous). Would I be eligible for closed rhinoplasty or tip rhinoplasty? I want a natural appearance.

Procedure: Rhinoplasty
Location: kenosha, WI

A tip rhinoplasty may be done closed or open, depending on the surgeon's preference. You need to discuss it with him/her prior to surgery.

Closed rhinoplasty in the hand of a skilled surgeon can give you an excellent result!

From your given pictures, your nose bridge is too big and undefined, your tip is long and bulbous and alar is not in good shape if you need more smaller and slimmer bridge and smaller and pointer tip and also good shape of alar, the most suitable procedure for you is Rhinoplasty reduction and reconstruction. This procedure can done with closed or opened Rhinoplasty up to your in person physical examination.

It matters none if it is done closedor open. Discuss it with your surgeon.
