I had a mommy makeover 2 years ago. I was completely happy with my abdomen but I am very dissatisfied with my breasts. I was a DD prior to surgery. I told the surgeon I wanted to be a full C cup to a small D. I was also given a lift during the procedure. I also asked to have my areolas made smaller. One is round now and the other is oval. I'm still a DD and still very saggy. Surgeon wont fix.
Without much details about the surgery, a physical examination, not much can any body can give an opinion. Best to see a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for a consultation and plan to achieve your desired results and your options.
Hi there, it is possible to do a breast reduction which includes a breast lift and reduction of the size of the areolas. This will both decrease the volume of the breasts and lift them. A bilateral breast reduction will also help you with symmetry. Good luck!
Becky04, I will take your assessment at face value. It sounds like your surgeon did not do a very good job on your breasts. Breast reductions (all of which provide a simultaneous lift, by the way) are challenging and difficult to do. Not all surgeons do them well. If you did not go to a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, that was your first mistake. Your problems are very fixable. You should seek another opinion, by a member of ASPS for sure. I wish you well.
There are no pictures of the before and after or operative records. Without this information it is impossible to make any kind of recommendations. To say that the surgeon did not do a good job with the surgery without this information is irresponsible and unethical.
From your given history, It's not much details and no before and after photos added but if you don't like your result you can do revised breast lift and reduction to reduced your breast volume and lift it up to the certain level again.
