Hi
The shape of the back of my head is flat and I have wanted to something about it for so long. I found that it’s possible to do a skull reshaping in USA by two ways, one way which am considering to do is putting bone cement under the skin of the back of the head and make it more rounder. The procedure sounds extreme and it doesn’t get done all over the world I would like to know if it’s safe.
My suggestion I believe is safer, sculptable and over all a better long term solution— fat grafting. Fat grafting in experienced hands is more natural, long lasting(permanent) and enhances circulation through a adipose derived stem cell effect. It also enables for the most aesthetic shaping.

No, it does not sound like a good idea at all and fat grafting recommendations without examining the patient do not sound good either. You need to be seen by a reputable plastic surgeon near home and follow their recommendations.
Cement for skull reshaping surgery is quite old surgical technique. Nowaday we use high medical grade silicone or fat grafting for skull reshaping surgery that give you a better and safer result.
