Is there a way to get details on what happened during my surgery, post op?

Recently, I had Lipo 360 and Renuvion completed on my abs, flanks, and back. It occurred to me that my doctor has never mentioned the Renuvion procedure since I paid for the procedure, a month before the surgery. I am now several weeks post-op, is there a telltale sign that I had the procedure? It was a significant upcharge, if they forgot and didn't do it, I'm concerned they wouldn't be honest.

Procedure: Liposuction
Location: Corvallis, OR

The best advise is to talk with your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and get the details of your concerns, the operative note and surgery documentation will also give you details as what was done. I am not sure why you feel you can not trust your surgeon if you chose Him/ Her to operate on you.

The one thing you did not mention was if you asked the surgeon and what the answer was. If you did not then you need to ask the question. It should also be in the operative record.

Please ask your doctor for the operative note and procedure details. Normally doctor must record it for you.
