I would like to know if there is any study on the application of BMA in rhinoplasty surgeries with the intention of enhancing healing? If so, is the BMA collected from the iliac crest by an orthopedic surgeon or elsewhere?

I would say that this is not necessary and I would not recommend it for a rhinoplasty
If you need to do only rhinoplasy normal healing process of uman body is enough to heal your operation and BMA is not necessary.
