OK I have lost weight, I am 49 let myself go downhill. Been working on this and have realized I need help to get it together. My arms sag my belly sags, my thighs, my breast. Wondering what the average cost to get a whole body help. I need a fresh start.

First detrmine if you are healthy enough bto have surgery. Seek out a primary care practioner in your community & obtain clearance for general anesthesia. Second, rank the ares of your body from 1 on with 1 being the area of greatest concern. Lastly, consider an ASPS member in your area for an evaluation. You would have to be evaluated in person to determine what procedures would be right for you. Each doctor may charge different fees and it may also depend upon the location in the country. Best of luck!
Congrats on the weight loss! Sounds like it’s time to start contouring. Prices vary based on your location and which procedures are done together. Many patients split up some of these procedures to ease their recovery. See a board certified plastic surgeon for more information.

It is best to answer your question during a face-to-face evaluation, when you can discuss your goals and expectations for the procedure, and you can have a physical examination to evaluate for that procedure. I recommend that you find a board-certified, or board-eligible plastic surgeon with whom you are comfortable. You can start by searching this website for a surgeon in your area that specializes in these procedures. Be sure to have all of your questions answered during a face-to-face meeting with your surgeon, and review before and after pictures of similar patients whom have had this procedure.
