I have friends who got they mommy makeover work done in Mexico but I don’t think I want to go to Mexico not sure yet really. It’s so hard to choose a doctor once I think I found one I find another .

Best thing to do is see their before and afters and the ones that you like you should meet the physician or physicians and choose the one you are most comfortable with.

The most import is to be confident with your dr and in the other hand and import too is the place where the surgery will be done a safety place with all necessary to do the surgery because you are a patience with special medical history

You are a high risk for surgery based on your BMI, and more of a risk for combination surgery for the US standards.

Lose more weight and do one surgery at a time.

Looking at before and after surgery pictures, You will see only best results and not the complications.

There are a ton of excellent plastic surgeons in LA and going out of town or out of the country would be a huge mistake! There could be a huge difference between what you want and what is feasible to do. You need to an ABPS certified or eligible surgeon right there where you live for consultation.

Congratulations on your weight loss thus far! At the moment you are at a BMI of 37.8 which puts you above most US board-certified plastic surgeons' cutoffs and above most US outpatient surgery center criteria for elective cosmetic surgery due to safety concerns and complication risks. I would recommend continuing to eat healthy and exercise to continue losing weight after your gastric sleeve. After that it would be rare to need 360 lipo, BBL and breast augmentation because after massive weight loss there is usually excess skin (thus a tummy tuck and breast lift are more likely to be needed as these are the most common procedures requested after massive weight loss). Once you have completed your weight loss and are at a stable weight, please visit with a board-certified plastic surgeon who you feel comfortable with. Review before and after photos and ask questions. Good luck!

There is a plastic surgeon on every other block in Los Angeles qualified to do the surgery so you can keep finding more. You need to pick the one you feel most comfortable with who can deliver a quality safe result. Price should not be your first priority safety should be the first priority and at 220 pounds that will have to be staged. Also in most cases you have to be a year or more out from bariatric surgery with 6 or more months of stable weight loss. This may require 2 fat removal procedures followed by a skin removal procedure depending on your weight at the time of surgery, your maximum weight prior to bypass and what body areas are responsible for most of the weight at the time of surgery. If most of the weight is in the limbs the process is more complicated and will require more procedures. Staging the surgery makes travelling far from home much more difficult.
