Hi. I had chin lipo 3 weeks ago and since then I am getting irregular heart beats and muscle tightness on my left side of my neck. I just want to know what dr should I be going to get my chin lipo checked out or should I get an mri/xray for my chin? I have a lot of lumps on my chin and tightness. I am getting concerned. Please help.
