I had a breast reduction in 2018 and have never been fully happy with the results. My concern is I feel like I have breast that are more towards the side and I have a Large fatty roll on my side under the arm. Not necessarily an underarm breast but a little further down, where the bra would be. What can be done if anything?
The underarm roll can be treated with liposuction and/ or skin excision depending on how much skin and fat are present. There are likely options to improve your breast shape as well.
Hello, first of all it is important to evaluate yourself personally, to make a correct diagnosis, since if it were residual fat with liposuction it would be resolved, if it were a supernumerary gland a resection would be indicated and regarding the position and distribution of the breasts, it will depend on the technique used what we could do to correct it.
A breast reduction does not take care of rolls in the axillae or under arms. Something could be done but to be able to answer the question appropriately you need a physical exam and consultation. I suggest you see an ABPS certified or eligible surgeon close to your home.
I think the underarm region could be done liposuction., but my final answer will be after I see the situation now
