5 yrs post op cramps

I had an extended tummy tuck with muscle repair 5 years ago. Afterwards I had muscle cramps with the slightest movement. I was told it was fine and would go away with exercise. I tried doing abdominal exercises and it just got worse. So here we are now years later and it's getting worse. I almost crashed because out of nowhere I had the worse muscle cramps and lost control for a second. Normal?

Procedure: Tummy Tuck
Location: Spring Hill, FL

Hello, how are you?.

Each body is different, and each evolution is unique in each person. On the other hand, it is necessary to understand what your abdomen was like and what health and physical habits you had before abdominal surgery. Still, it's unusual for it to last that long. For this reason, I invite you to have a new consultation with your surgeon so that he can evaluate all these points and can draw a conclusion about the reasons for your evolution.

You just have to see your doctor for an exam and consultation. Sometimes we may have discomfort for some reason or another and we can not find anything that is causing the problem and nothing can be done about it.

Which type of abdominal exercise you currently do?if you do weight training or only sit-up excercise maybe worst your condition. Because the cause of muscle cramping is muscle injury that created trigger point and thought band of muscle that easily cramped then the right exercise that you must do is strecthing abdominal lateral body and back muscles like Yoga or Pilates exercise.
