wanted to get them fixed after. It's been about 2 years since then and then are still uneven. Dr. said he put in the same ccs in both breasts. He said they looked even in surgery. He also told me he knew one breast was naturally larger and had more tissue. He works at a learning hospital so i'm not sure how much of the work he actually did. Asymmetric breasts will always be asymmetric.
The breast is a cone shape and the implant is round or anatomic. The round and anatomic implant can not fill the small breast as the natural breast, because the fill cannot be equal. some times having a slightly asymmetric breast is very acceptable. All or most women have asymmetric breasts. No body will notice except you" the critical person" and the plastic surgeon. The judgement for asymmetric breasts is when one puts the different size implants and decides the best is to accept a little asymmetry .
