Hello I just kind of worry because I've notice that when I breath through my nose (btw I have deviated septum I breath most of the time from one nostril but its fine I'm used to it.)
the breathing itself force me sometimes to take a deep breath from the mouth to fill out my chest it's feel like I need to take a huge breath to fill my body because the I don't get enough oxygen I guess.

It is impossible to tell you anything without knowing what kind of surgery you had, when you had it a physical exam and what your doctor told you. The best thing you can do is to consult your doctor and wee what they tell you.
It hard to give you an advise unless any physical examination and past operative history procedure. You should go back and check with your surgeon again and ask for any advise and treatment.
