You would be a good candidate if that is what you want. You can not have just an augmentation. You would need to have a breast lift as well. This makes things a little more complicated but it is something that plastic surgeons deal with all the time and you should end up with a good enough result. Some people think that an implant will lift you. It will not. You would require a lift to make it look good. The size of the implant determines how much larger you are going to be and that will be determined by you with the help of the surgeon according to your wishes. In my opinion a large implant is not going to look good and cause more problems. My procedure of choice for you would be a circumvertical mastopexy with possible small transverse inframammary component and small sub pectoral implants. 240, 270 no more than 300 cc. Some other good surgeon may suggest something else and that is ok. What you need to do is visit a local plastic surgeon for an exam and consultation.
