I have size E breasts, would it be possible for me to get about 1200cc breast implant extender safely? Or are there too many risks?
Thanks for your question. In general I tell my patients the bigger the implant t the bigger the problem you will have. You will have increased risk of rupture, capsular contracture, asymmetry, implant malposition, and need for revision surgeries. An implant of that size may also interfere with breast cancer screening. Please proceed with extreme caution for a procedure like this.
That is going to do a lot of harm and should not be done.
It seems as though some patients have achieved success with overfilled saline implants but this is not usually recommended in a typical breast augmentation. Safety and longterm viability depend on your breast tissue biometrics including back muscles, skin thickness, breast parenchyma, and body proportions. Not to mention, your history of breast implant complications.

There are a lot of problems with too big implant. please visit your surgeon in-person again for evaluation and full physical examination before making your decision.
