I had my breast redone change from saline to silicone. Almost 3 weeks but incisions closed but they have been having blisters, red bumps around, itching, scalps come off yellow, white clouds on top, scars forming horrible
I don’t know what to do.
Based on the photograph posted, it seems there might be the beginning of cellulitis (infection). Also the breast in this view seems much larger which could be a fluid collection. Need to see your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon ASAP for full examination and appropriate treatment.
It is inflammation reaction and cellulitis and may be see after resurgery , you should be use oral and local antibiotic and visit again by your surgeon

It is inflammation reaction and cellulitis infection. Please go to visit your surgeon again for recieved IV or oral antibiotic to cure this infection.
