PCOS is a relatively common condition and Metformin a commonly prescribed drug. You should not need an MRI prior to liposuction and fat transfer. Schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who is experienced in the procedure and ask to see their before and after photos.

MRI for what? This is not going to help in any way. Metformin is not a problem. You need a consultation with An ABPS certified or eligible surgeon close to home to see if you are a candidate for that surgery.

liposuction and butt fat transfer may help you have a good body shaping and full physical examination blood test and x-ray for make sure that you have fit enough for the surgery is nesscessary but no need MRI.
