Your history provided is not complete. Are you pregnant now? or breast feeding? or post delivery for how long? If revision is needed and desired by you and approved by the plastic surgeon then a proper timing and type of revision or surgery can be discussed
Most surgeons use only round implants because it make little difference and they find less problems with their use. You need a physical exam, pictures and a better and complete history before anyone can make any determinations in your case.

Cannot comment since there are no pictures or physical examination. Recommend a second opinion where the Plastic Surgeon can do an examination and review the original surgery operative note. Options can then be discussed
