Dear Lady:

Since you do mention that your surgeon removed only a small tissue from your total amount of mammary gland, there is a strong probability that you’ll remain C cup, or, at the most, a full, overfilled B cup. But the most wonderful thing is that you’ll look terrific, with and without bra. Enjoy it!

redheadlady,

This is an issue you have addressed with surgeon BEFORE surgery. Ask then now what they anticipate your approximate final breast size will be. Normally, breast reductions in a reduction of at least two cup sizes.

Best,

Thank you for sharing your question and congratulations on your impressive weight loss. Unfortunately a bra cup size can not be assured with surgery and it is best to fit your new breasts to a bra once fully healed, rather than the other way around. I would recommend buying a series of different sized bras initially while you are healing and at 6 months you should have a more predictable long-term size idea.
